| The average deal from a rental transaction earns $3,000 in gross commissions. The average deal from a sales transaction earns $18,000 in gross commissions. That means $9,000 for you and $9,000 for the company. |

| This depends from agent to agent. We’ve had agents make 1-2 deals in the first week and take home $1,500-$2,000. Another example is Maria (one of our agents) started two months ago and has earned $10,000. |

Am I missing anything? |
| Yes. A point of caution. 70% of people who get a license do not make it and leave the industry within the first 12 months. It is a sad but true statistic. Why mention this? Because the major reason for failure is “lack of proper training.” We strive to train you extensively as it allows you to compete successfully in the marketplace. The second important reason is your attitude. It is imperative that you have a positive attitude that does not get flustered by rejection or temporary setbacks. |
