You receive 50% commission on your first 10 deals. Thereafter you can choose from the experienced agents option, 1 or 2.

Experienced Agents:

Option 1: You take home 100% commission on all your deals / $395 monthly fee.

Option 2: You take home 90% commission on all your deals / No monthly fee.
