Fun, friendly and focused. We celebrate birthdays and party at our successes. We work hard and support one another during good times and tough periods.   Am I missing anything?
Yes. A point of caution. 70% of people who get a license do not make it and leave the industry within the first 12 months. It is a sad but true statistic. Why mention this? Because the major reason for failure is “lack of proper training.” We strive to train you extensively as it allows you to compete successfully in the marketplace. The second important reason is your attitude. It is imperative that you have a positive attitude that does not get flustered by rejection or temporary setbacks.
